ARNO acts as a retail design and shopfitting partner for Rossmann, responsible for the planning and implementation of store concepts in several European countries, including Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Albania and Turkey. The scalable concept is applied across multiple product categories, such as decorative cosmetics, photo services, novelties, organic products, alcoholic beverages, stationery, hosiery and perfume.

Implementing Rossmann stores in various countries posed unique challenges. Our goal was to ensure the effective implementation of the concept in each shop while considering regional requirements and specifics. Collaborating with diverse teams and coordinating logistical processes demanded meticulous planning and seamless cooperation.
